How we hire faculty
Three rounds, and a class we watch
Teaching well is a separate skill from building well, so we test both. Candidates who pass the technical rounds teach a live 45-minute session to real students, and those students decide whether the hire goes ahead.
- Minimum eight years of hands-on industry experience in the subject.
- A recorded teaching sample reviewed by two current instructors.
- A live trial class scored by the students who attend it.
- Annual review against cohort outcomes, not attendance numbers.
