The register is public and read-only. Nothing is stored about who ran the check.

A match shows the student, program, result and issue date. Revoked certificates are labelled as such.

Check for confused characters first: the ID uses digits, not letters, after the track code. If it still fails, email registrar@cloudinstitute.edu with a photo of the certificate and we will confirm within one working day.
No. A completed program stays valid for life. Records are only removed if a certificate is revoked for confirmed academic misconduct, and revocation is shown in the result.
Hiring partners can request a batch check for up to 200 IDs at a time. Contact admissions and we will send a secure upload link.
This page is a front-end demonstration with four sample records held in the browser. A production deployment would query the institute register over an API instead.
